Returns Policy
You may return or exchange most merchandise in its original condition within 60 days of purchase.
• Return shipping is at your expense. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our end or a defective item.
• You should expect to receive your refund to the original form of tender within 7 business days or sooner.
If you need to return an item, please:
• Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s) as SICP is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
• Package your items securely.
• Retain your tracking info and shipping record until your refund has been processed.
• Include a copy of your confirmation email or order details with your return. If you do not have this information, simply include your name, email address, phone number & order # if possible.
Refunds may be delayed if your return cannot be identified.
